Installation
bin/znuny.Console.pl Admin::Package::Install /path/to/InBox\ CompanyService-7.0.1.opm
Settings
All services must be selected by default. To do this, go to "Administration > Overview" and search for "Client Users ↔ Services":
Then click on "Change Default Services". Select all services and save:
Default services will be ignored. Only those selected via "Customer Users ↔ Services" or "Customers ↔ Services" will be considered.
Usage
Go to Administration > Overview and search for "Customer ↔ Service":
When loading the screen, click a customer or service to associate them:
Select a specific customer or service and save:
After carrying out the necessary settings, on the opening screens for tickets, it is possible to view only the services that are associated with the company. It is important to emphasize that if there are services associated with the user and the company, the services related to the user will be listed.
